These two little girls got a creepy welcome to Times Square Wednesday when they saw a fully naked male model letting it all hang out during one of artist Andy Golub’s nude painting shows.
Some tourists were agog — but even hardened veterans of the Crossroads of the World were shocked at the sight.
“This is the first time I’ve seen a naked lady and guy like this,” said disgusted tour guide Simplice Kamwa, 34, of New Jersey, at the sight of Melanie Fortino, 47, and Jim O’Connor, 46, of Philadelphia, baring it all.
Golub, meanwhile, was unrepentant, claiming on his blog that if people don’t like public nudity, it’s their tough luck.
“If you are looking for Disneyland, then you are in the wrong state. Times Square is a PUBLIC SPACE. And in New York City, being topless in public is LEGAL,” he wrote.
